Brandon is responsible for the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate debt and equity throughout the United States. In 2010, Brandon originated over $74 million in financing for commercial real estate.

Past Experience

Over eight years of commercial real estate finance experience

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Brandon served as an associate loan officer with Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation, where he assisted with the origination, processing and closing of over $750 million in commercial real estate loans.  He was an integral part of keeping the Phoenix Capital Corporation office as the nation’s top producing office during all four years of his employment.
