Adam is responsible for the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate investments nationwide.  His focus has been on structured debt and permanent debt financing with experience with all property types.

Past Experience
Over six years of commercial real estate finance experience

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Adam originated apartment loans for a correspondent of ABN-Amro’s Apartment Lending Program.  For the period prior to his real estate career, Adam was with IBM’s Enterprise Server Group and Ikon Office Solutions, where he was responsible for strategic system sales and marketing to mid-market accounts.
