Current Role

Mr. Bailey has a specialty in structuring, processing and closing commercial real estate (CRE) owner-occupied 7(a) and 504 SBA, USDA (B&I), Community Re-development Fund (CRF) and hospitality/resort loans. Since 2005, Mr. Bailey has secured more than $96 million in SBA and conventional CRE loans.

Began his career in commercial real estate finance in 2005

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Mr. Bailey was with Pacific Coast Mortgage as a Vice President responsible for originating commercial real estate loans, including both conventional and government guaranteed transactions. Prior to this, Mr. Bailey was a top-producer with Patel Hotel Capital, Temecula Valley Bank and Matrix Capital Bank.
