Bruce is responsible for the origination and placement of debt and equity structures for development, acquisition and permanent financing. Bruce's experience includes a wide range of commercial property types, including mixed-use and hotels with a special focus on financing “for sale” development and conversion projects, including attached and detached housing, and small office and industrial condominiums.

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Bruce served as Vice President, Regional Manager of Northern California for Fremont Investment & Loan. Prior to Fremont, Bruce was a contract employee for Secured Capital advising on loan portfolio acquisitions.  Prior to Secured Capital, Bruce was a sales agent for Marcus & Millichap.
