Current Role

In her role as the Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Manager, Carrie is responsible for developing and providing reports required by investors, as well as, assisting in developing risk management metrics and supporting clients for all ad hoc reporting and data requirements. This includes providing the standard periodic, as well as ad hoc investor reports for life insurance companies, specialty finance companies and CMBS issuers (CMSA reporting). Carrie reports to Dean Wheeler, Executive Vice President, Loan Administration.

Past Experience

Over 12 years experience in commercial real estate finance

Carrie spent over 9 years at Midland Loan Services in various  roles with increasing responsibility in the areas of accounting, investor reporting, cash management, surveillance, and account management. She most recently was the Account Manager for several CMBS and third-party loan servicing clients, responsible for negotiating agreements and loan documents, supporting borrower requests and providing clients with a single point of contact for all operational and investor reporting needs.

BS in Agriculture & MBA in Commercial Real Estate Finance
from Kansas State University (Manhattan, Kansas)
