Current Role

As a member of the Executive Committee, Cathy is charged with overseeing the day-to-day operations for the Capital Markets Unit. Her primary focus is the sales integration and new business development of Cohen Financial and all of its affiliated partners. Cathy is responsible for managing the joint client growth efforts with our partners at FirstService Real Estate Advisors, Colliers International, PGP Valuation, and PKF Consulting.

Past Experience

Over 17 years of commercial real estate finance experience

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Cathy was a Director of Portfolio Management and also Vice President-Portfolio Manager with Lowe Enterprises Investment Management. She oversaw a $485 million and a $300 million commercial real estate portfolio. She began her real estate career with CB commercial Real Estate Group as an Accounting Payroll Manager and later as the Financial Reporting Supervisor/Controller.
