Current Role
Cathy is responsible for the management of the analyst staff, which provides underwriting and deal management for all transactions originated by the producers within Cohen Financial.

Past Experience
Over 16 years of commercial real estate finance experience

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Cathy was a Director of Portfolio Management and also Vice President-Portfolio Manager with Lowe Enterprises Investment Management. She oversaw a $485 million and a $300 million commercial real estate portfolio. She began her real estate career with CB Commercial Real Estate Group as an Accounting Payroll Manager and later as the Financial Reporting Supervisor/Controller.
