Current Role

David is responsible for managing the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate investments throughout the United States.

Joined Cohen Financial in 1997 and rejoined in  September 2006

Past Experience

Over 9 years of commercial real estate finance experience

Prior to joining Cohen Financial David served at CapitalSource Finance as a Senior Investment Associate.  Prior to that he worked at Kearny Capital Partners as Vice President of Originations.  Prior to that he worked at Fremont Investment & Loan, one of the largest structured finance lenders in the country, as a Vice President.  Mr. Brady has closed over $1.5 billion of debt transactions and more than $500 million of structured finance (lending) in his career.
