  • Recommend a capital structure that best fits your objectives
  • Create a customized “lender-friendly” underwriting package
  • Identify potential lenders with investment goals that match your desired capital structure
  • Promote the transaction to prospective lenders and secure competitive bids
  • Help negotiate and close the transaction

We provide you with a recommendation that takes into account: your business plan; our assessment of the relative attributes of the proposed deal structures; our experience with each of the capital providers; an assessment of the process; and the probability of the deal closing under the proposed terms.

Once you select a lender, we support you in negotiating the application, managing the due diligence, handling the closing, and, whenever possible, servicing the loan on an ongoing basis.

AllBridge Investments

While Cohen Financial maintains strong relationships with the leading capital providers, we recognize that not every lending program can accomodate a borrower's capital needs. Cohen Financial has partnered with AllBridge Investments to provide these financing offerings directly from our proprietary investment fund.

Senior Mortgages - Whole loans that trade at or above par and are secured as 1st liens on the property
Mezzanine Loans -  Junior loans to the 1st lien, but equally secured by the property and/or partnership interest
Bridge Capital - Temporarily finance projects until a permanent financial solution is available
Preferred Equity - Limited Partner Equity with current cash flow and a priority to sponsor equity, but lower residual ownership
Pari-passu Equity - Higher residual Limited Partner ownership
