Current Role
Greg is responsible for managing the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate debt and equity in the newly created Phoenix office. He will also be responsible for introducing Cohen Financial’s commercial real estate financing, investment banking and capital market services to the Phoenix and greater southwest market. His team will work in affiliation with the Colliers International Phoenix office to cross sell Colliers and Cohen Financial expertise.
Past Experience
Over 17 years of commercial real estate finance experience
From 1998 until joining Cohen Financial, Greg was the Senior Director/Divisional Loan Manager for Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. In this position he established and oversaw the company’s southwest region commercial real estate financings. Miskovsky ranked as the top producer for seven years, surpassing budget projections on average of 25 percent per year and personally closing almost $1 billion in loans. Prior to this position, Greg was a Vice President of Rubin Financial where he was charged with all aspects of commercial real estate lending. He helped develop the company’s commercial lending division, cultivating long-term relationships with the world’s largest banks and national conduits for Rubin Financial.
