As Chief Executive Officer, Jack has overall responsibility for management of the operations of the company, including the leadership and direction of the Capital Markets, Loan Servicing, and Advisory Services Units. 

Joined Cohen Financial as a loan officer in 1981, after serving as a consultant to the construction industry.
