Current Role
Joe is responsible for the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate debt and equity throughout the United States. He will also lead and establish Cohen Financial’s “best of class” presence in the Dallas market.

Past Experience
Over 25 years of commercial real estate finance experience

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Joe served as a managing director with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler (HFF) where he was responsible for originating debt and equity transactions. Prior to that, he was a managing partner with Harbor Financial Advisors, a Dallas-based real estate consulting firm.

Throughout his career, Joe has arranged approximately $1.5 billion in financing for his clients, served as a senior vice president/portfolio manager for a real estate portfolio in excess of $5 billion and provided consulting and workout expertise on over $3 billion of real estate assets.
