Kevin is responsible for managing the origination, analysis and placement of real estate investments nationwide.

Past Experience

Over 15 years of commercial real estate investment and finance experience

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Kevin served as an underwriter for the Precept Corporation where he underwrote over $90 million in commercial mortgage loans for Precept’s proprietary bidding platform in addition to conducting fee-based underwriting assignments for various CMBS lenders.  Prior to Precept, Kevin held positions as investment analyst and controller for The Dermot Company.

BA in Finance from the University of Arizona (Tucson)
