Larry is responsible for the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate investments throughout the Southeast region.  His focus has been income properties or portfolios requiring debt or equity from institutional lenders or investors.

Past Experience
Over 26 years of commercial real estate finance experience having structured and arranged over $1.6 billion of capital for more than 200 real estate transactions.
 
Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Larry was with BancBoston Mortgage Corp. (which became North Marq Capital, Inc.), and with Travelers Real Estate Investment Management (which became Citigroup).  Prior to mortgage banking, Larry worked with Coldwell Banker in Investment Sales and with Arthur Young & Co. as a Certified Public Accountant.
