Current Role

Manny utilizes his general management abilities to build on Cohen Financial’s industry leading sales, operational and customer service strengths. He is responsible for creating and managing the system wide operations, infrastructure, and quality standards of performance required to enhance Cohen Financial’s brand and future growth. His direct responsibilities include the leadership and management of Capital Markets Sales and Operations including Analytics and Assessment, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Human Resource, and Administration.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Manny served as CEO, President, and Partner of NG Acquisitions, LLC, a company responsible for the acquisition and turnaround of Natural Golf in 2005. Prior to Natural Golf, Manny served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Whitehall Jewellers, Inc. (NYSE:JWL) for 7 years. While there, he was a key member of the executive team responsible for sales, marketing, and operations during a period of rapid revenue, market share, and profit growth. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President at industry leading Apria Healthcare Group (NYSE:AHG) for 12 years. He was part of the Executive Management Team and was responsible for leading the firms’ fastest growing and most profitable businesses. Prior to this, he spent 5 years in sales and marketing management positions with FMC Corporation (NYSE:FMC).
