Matt is responsible for managing the origination, analysis, and placement of real estate investments in the Western United States.

Past Experience

Over 5  years of commercial real estate experience

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Matt was an analyst with Intervest Mortgage for a year and a half where he assisted in the production and underwriting of debt placement for commercial properties.  Prior to that he worked at LandAmerica Commercial Services where he was responsible for research and marketing of commercial title insurance. 

Education
BA in both Business Administration and Romance Languages
   from the University of Oregon (Eugene, OR)
