Current Role
As Chief Financial Officer, Pam is responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance, including financial, tax, management, regulatory and investor reporting, bank relationships and cash management.  Pam is also responsible for office administration for all of the company’s offices and the development and implementation of the firm’s policies and procedures.

Over 18 years of corporate finance, real estate and accounting experience

Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Pam held positions with VBand Corporation as their Controller and with KPMG as an Audit Manager in their real estate practice.
