Current Role
Ted is responsible for overseeing the asset management activities of Cohen Financial, including surveillance and property performance analysis; lender consents relating to lease approvals, loan modifications, waivers and assumptions; and, asset resolutions for sub-performing and non-performing loans. The asset management group customizes its surveillance and resolution strategies to align with the objectives and overall investment criteria of each client. Ted reports to Joe Greenhaw, Executive Vice President of Loan Administration.

Past Experience
Over 18 years of commercial real estate finance experience
Prior to joining Cohen Financial, Ted served as director of asset management for Situs where he oversaw a portfolio of highly structured debt including construction, A/B participations, mezzanine and preferred equity positions for various clients. Prior to Situs, Ted worked for the Institutional Advisory Group and Southport Asset Management where he assisted in the restructure of a NYSE traded master limited partnership with development holdings in Arizona, California and Texas and liquidated non-performing CRE loan portfolios for the RTC.
