Past Experience Over 8 years real estate information analysis and development experience Prior to joining Mark Strauss’ team at Cohen Financial, Tricia was an Account Executive with Costar Group based in Orange County. Her responsibilities were assisting top producing brokers reach their targeted sales and leasing goals using commercial real estate information tools. Clients consisted of commercial real estate lenders, institutional owners, developers, appraisers, and both leasing and sales brokers in Orange County and Inland Empire Market. She earned her real estate license in early 2000 and worked with private investors in the acquisition and redevelopment of income property. Redevelopment projects included small apartment complexes and small office class "C" space.
